JUnit.org Resources for Test Driven Development

Before we can start using JUnit at my place of work, I need ( for the "Legal eagles") to clarify the license terms. Unfortunately the FAQ appears to be out of date as it says the licence is the IBM Common Public License version 0.5 and gives a link. I think version 0.5 has been superceeded, and I know that the link points to a page that no longer exists.

Can anyone clarify the position please?
