JUnit.org Resources for Test Driven Development

Hi,
Cargo-itest 1.3.0 was released. It supports Glassfish.
I would like to implement integration tests, but don't have examples how to do it.
How to implement cargo tests for Glassfish container, and which additional libraries is needed for correct running test classes?
